The spacious and luxurious units at Chateau will be offered in a variety of layouts especially because phases 1 and 2 both offer quite the collection. The Courtyard Suites will be ranging from 949 - 1366 SqFt, Park Suites ranging from 1283 - 2116 SqFt, the City Suites will be ranging from 1403 - 1834 SqFt, the Signature Suites will be ranging from 1519 - 2346 SqFt and Townhomes from 1231 to 1895 SqFt.
